The rare earth control suspension (Announcements 55–58, 61, 62 of 2025) expires November 10, 2026 — procurement contracts and BESS CAPEX models should account for potential re-activation. Standard LFP BESS (140–180 Wh/kg), commercial solar modules, and grid-tied inverters are freely exportable without licence requirements.
